Question:

When launch Inroads 08.11.07.615es with MicroStation 08.11.09.459es, the program is freezes up and does not pass the initial window.

Answer:

Select Start>All Programs>Bentley>InRoads Group (V8i SELECT Series 2)>Bentley License Tool. At the Activation Status tab, make note of your InRoads Product that has a Status of “Activated”. Select Start>All Programs>Bentley>InRoads Group (V8i SELECT Series 2) and selected the InRoads product that had an activated status.
