Question:
After making changes to a template through the Create Template dialog or the Template Editor when editing a template drop, the dialog/window must be closed before the corridor can be processed and updated. The focus remains on the Template dialog until it is closed.
Answer:
This is occurring because these windows are Modal dialogs. A modal dialog is a window that forces the user to interact with it before they can go back and use the parent application. Therefore you will have to complete the process and close the template dialogs before you can continue working in OpenRoads.
