ISSUE:  Getting a message "No elements found.  Do you want to discard changes?" when trying to create a new deck template:

RESOLUTION:

• Change the Workflow to "Drawing"
• Right click in the Attributes area and activate "Element Class"

• Change the Element Class from "Construction" to "Primary"

• Save Settings for the file
• Create or edit the deck template in the OpenBridge Modeler > Utilities > Decks workflow
