In the Substructure template when you select Pile Shape as H Piles one gets an option to change the Rotation of the piles.  Set the desired rotation and click on OK to accept the changes.  This can be done once the pier/abutment is placed using the SELECT to Edit option or you can set the rotation in the library itself for the support.
