The Visualize mode of OpenRoads ConceptStation is using LumenRT which is a graphics-heavy program. Knowing which graphic card is being used can help to troubleshoot visual issues or to validate if the minimum requirements are met. The best way to retrieve information about your graphic card is to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing Enter.

Click on "Save All Information..." button to create a txt file. This is useful to save and share all the details.
