In Professional, if the data entered has a shift entered against it, then the shift option will become available in the header. The drop down can then be changed to only show data for a particular shift for that location and all data on the log will update and show only if it was entered against that shift. All other data will be hidden from the log. 

To disable this, simply select the dropdown and select the blank option
