Explanation

It is possible to import documents into OpenGround Cloud Professional in one go. If you want to bulk import documents in to OpenGround Cloud Professional please work through the steps below;

Process

For this you have two options.

• You can import the documents to the project but have them not linked to a location.
• You can import the documents linked to a single location.

Option 1

Open your project and go to "Project", select "Upload" from the "Documents" section on the ribbon

in the "Select Files" window that opens, browse to the documents you want to upload and use shift+left click to select them

Select "Open" to confirm the selection

In the next window select a Category and Status then "Upload"

The documents will then upload and can be viewed by going to Project then select "View" from the documents section on the ribbon.

Option 2.

To link documents to a single location open your project, select the location details grid so that you get the "Grid Tools ribbon.

Then in the Location Details Grid highlight the location you wish to add documents to.

From the Documents section on the ribbon select "upload"

in the "Select Files" window that opens, browse to the documents you want to upload and use shift+left click to select them

Select "Open" to confirm the selection

In the next window select a Category and Status then "Upload"
