Problem:

When attempting to update SS3 with the latest refresh, the following error message is received:  "Another version is already installed.  You must first uninstall it in order to install this version."

Solution:

While the layered version of the InRoads/GEOPAK SS3 refresh can be installed directly on top of the current version, this is not possible in either Power InRoads or Power GEOPAK.  When installing the refresh for a "Power" product, the current version must first be uninstalled.
