Follow these instructions:
1. Open CONNECTION Center and Sign in - click here
2. An internet browser window will automatically open to your Bentley Personal Connection Center web page, sign in if required.
Press the "New Service Request" button, imaged below
3. Continue with Step #4 - Click here
