Question:

How do I label the bottom a manhole using the Place Profile Note command?

Answer:

Manhole Bottom is not one of the values that can be annotated.  However, a valid workaround would be to use:

({InvertOut}-{DepthBelowInvert})

This would assume that invert out is the lowest invert - and it usually is.  The parenthesis behaves as a mathematical operator.
