Question:

How do I remove to foot apostrophe marking from my terrain contour text?

Answer:

This is controlled from the Master Units. Go to File > Settings > File > Design File Settings. Remove the tick (') from the Label for Master Unit. Hit OK. This will remove it in the Design Model.
