Problem:

Under the Evaluation tools in InRoads V8i SELECTseries2, the Cross Section option is missing. 

Answer:

The Cross Section command is not available in some of the InRoads products.  The Cross Section commands are NOT available in InRoads Bridge, Storm & Sanitary, Survey, or PowerSurvey.  Therefore if you are in one of these products you will not have the ability to create cross sections.
