Problem:

I have assigned a function key to open InRoads from within Microstation, but it is not working.

Solution:

In order for a function key to work, the applications menu must be added to the MicroStation menu bar that will allow you to launch InRoads.  If you do not see this applications menu at the top of MicroStation, you will not be able to load InRoads with the function key or a keyin.  To add the applications menu, add the command line switch to the MicroStation shortcut.  Visit this link for instructions.
