Problem

Place a note using A1 Note for both text style and dim style. If the level is set under the dimension style dimension lines category, the symbology for that note will be bylevel regardless of what is checked under any of the other categories for the dimension style. This is mainly a problem with color.

Solution

The color needs to be saved in the text style and the text style needs to be save in the dimension style. Also in the dimension style settings under the Dimension lines category, the toggle for overrides need to be checked and the color toggle needs to be checked.
