Can I bring my Civil Cells that were created in SS3/SS4 GEOPAK/InRoads/MX forward to OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition V10.00.00.102?

Answer:

Upgrade of SS3/SS4 Civil Cells currently is not supported in the V10.00.00.102 release. Attempting to open these files will result in a warning that the file contains unsupported civil data, and the file will be opened Read-Only.
