How does RAM Frame account for accidental torsion when preforming a dynamic (MRSA) analysis?

I have recently discovered that when preforming a dynamic analysis amplification of accidental torsion, per ASCE 7-16 Section 12.8.4.3, is not required as stated section 12.9.1.5. This leaves me to believe that only the 5% displacement from COR is required when conducting a dynamic analysis. Many project that I work on always need some amplification to the accidental torsion. I know that you can change the % Eccentricity under the Loads -> Masses tab however, I want to know if there is a way to specify a different % Eccentricity for ELF and the MRSA, instead of using the same % Eccentricity for both?

Thanks in advance!
