New Check for the column Support when using the Shear Plate Connection, Double Angles Bolted Connection or the End Plate Connection on web [Web plate strength due out-of-plane transverse load], This Check is not clear and it always fails in very high ratios 
Can some one help me understand why  this check  gives very high ratios ?  or with an explanation for this check
