SYNCHRO Plugins are not compatible with Autodesk 2023 products yet. However, you can use the iTwin Connector for Revit 2023 to create an iModel in SYNCHRO Control, which can be accessed in 4D Pro.
I am using the Synchro Add-In to export views as the geometry in them needs to come into the 4D schedule. I need it to get the 3D model from Revit to Synchro 4D as Synchro Control will not work for me. Is there any other way to get Revit geometry into Synchro 4D ?
The only way to work with Revit 2023 is through the iTwin Connector or a different format export from Revit, like IFC. In any case, you will have to redo the 4D assignments. Since it's the same Revit model, the Element ID will be consistent which can be used to Auto Match the new model with the schedule.

Please refer to this thread for ideas on how you can salvage the existing project assignments and re-create the new project -
