WaterGEMS V8i for AutoCAD 2016.

Hi,

I installed waterGEMS v8i for autoCAD 2016 but when I open it, it gives me a message of (unhandled expectation e0434352 at address FD66B3DDH), when I press OK then autoCAD page displays without waterGEMS menu and tool bars, so how do I have waterGEMS menu and toolbars?
