This doesn't happen to me, but it happens to some co-workers. I will help them get all their preferences fixed upon installing ORD and FDOT Connect. I have a copy of all my User Preferences for how I have my ORD set up saved in a shared location. Then the user can copy my preferences and paste them here: 

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0_1\prefs

We have the _1 folder because we currently have ORD 10.11 and 10.12 installed, so 10.11 is the 10.0.0 folder and 10.12 is the 10.0.0_1 folder.

Occasionally, my co-workers will boot up and everything looks default again. It's pretty obvious because we all tend to use Dark Mode and that has been turned back off. 

Is there anything that could be happening that would corrupt or delete those User Preferences?
