RDCD Cannot use, Columns are missing error

Hello everyone,

I have the typical error of COLUMNS ARE MISSING everytime I plan to use STAAD RCDC. I just installed my Enterprise license a few weeks back and before I could design with Advanced Concrete pretty easy...now I cannot even open the software.

I have tried to export for PILE CAP, FOOTING, COLUMN & WALL, BEAM, SLAB but none seem to work.

I want to design a mat slab so initially I modeled the plates. I has come to my attention that RCDC does not handle plates, so now I modeled perimeter beams but cannot export if not analyzed. Now, how can I analyzed perimeter beams when the loads are inside where the plates would be? anyway, I analyzed only by selfweight to have something to export but still cannot export.

Now I have STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition - Version 22.03.00.28
