You can right-click on the conduit and select Bent > Remove All Bends. This will remove all bends on a given conduit.
There isn't a way to do this in bulk, but if you have updated geometry, you could update the model using ModelBuilder. If you don't have updated geometry, you could export the conduit table to an Excel file by clicking Export to File and changing the file format to Excel. As long as the start and stop nodes are correctly defined, when you update the model using ModelBuilder, the bends may not appear.
