I'm trying to locate the drivers mentioned in this post:

communities.bentley.com/.../16

I have tried accessing the FTP and there is no directory for "Tools" in there. the link provided is -  ftp.bentley.com/.../wintab01.00.45.00.zip

Does anyone have the file available or know where to get it from the Bentley site? TIA

David

The Bentley Wintab driver is installed with Microstation. You can find it in the "Microstation" directory.

Our office still uses Sumasketch and Kirta tablets with this driver. I've found it still works in the CONNECT edition.

We have it setup as a Windows startup process, so that we can use the tablet as a replacement for the mouse.

Thanks for the info. I did find the wintab.exe; however, the issue I have with it is it will not go across multiple screens when configured as absolute. If I use the tabletworks application and configure absolute, it sees both screens and goes from full left to right across the entire screen viewing area as I go across the tablet. I don't get that with the Bentley version. It will go absolute full left to right on 1 screen only.

I'm trying to get this to work since the button mapping isn't configuring on the tabletworks setup with the 16buttons. MS only sees a few of the buttons on the "top" row (row closest to the pointer)

Anyone have suggestions on how to mouse emulate across both screens with absolute active with the wintab driver, or to get MS to see all the available buttons with the tabletworks?

To add to the previous message. The digitized area I defined, is the area to use to cover your screens.

So the lower left is the lower left of you left screen, and the size should match the proportions of all your screens.

I'm using the wintab driver with 2 screens, and have no problem going across them.

With the wintab.exe, have you played with the Digitizing Area ?

My tablet shows 18000 wide by 12000 high. But my used area is set to
Lower left - x=3500 y=4700
Size - 6400x4600

I have Absolute mouse position and Margin ticked.
