I am a new MicroStation user (Version 10.13.01.01)

This is what I want to do:

Select Scale

Select object

Enter origin point

Enter Reference point

After entering the reference point, I want to key in a new length and not click an object on the screen.  I want the object to be scaled maintaining it's proportions.

I used to do this in AutoCAD can I do it in MicroStation?
