ORD Drainage - when using the delivered node for "Free End Pipe" (no end treatment is needed), I cannot snap to the center of that node when placing a conduit from/to it. The free end pipe node displays as a short line element with what appears to be a center point. But I cannot snap to that center point, the snap goes to either side of the element. Not a huge difference from side to center, but I'm thinking it should use the origin, center of the node when connecting a pipe, conduit element to it.
If anyone has seen this or has a fix, please assist.
