Updating data from Excel or P6 (Not Importing)

Hi

I was wondering if it is possible to update data from Excel.
I mean, this is not importing Task Name from Excel to Synchro. The tasks are already there.
But instead of manually inputting dates one by one typing it, is there anyway to auto synchronize from this data?
