"Hammer Head" V.S. "Multi Columns" for single column bent

Hi, Dear All,

I have a question regarding "Pier Configuration" options. I am trying to use RC Pier to design a hammer head. I am wondering whether I could use "Multi Columns" option and design it as a "single-column bent". I know there is an option as "Hammer Head", but my column is tapered in both X and Z directions. So it seems "Multi Columns" option is better since it gives more controls on column geometries.

I would suggest you to go for multi column option and design it as a single column Bent as this option gives better flexibility in modeling the column .
