I have reviewed you model and found missing WEIGHTS in Seismic definition hence this error is displayed and the run is terminated as the program is unable to calculate for the seismic load. I have attached a picture showing the steps you need to follow to solve your problem.

You can use the editor ( input command file ) to move the commands. The DM represents damping. 5% damping should be entered as 0.05. Please refer to the help documentation for details. You may choose to add your dead load (other than selfweight) plus a certain percentage of live load as recommended by your local building code.
