In the External Data list panel, right-click and select Export > Microsoft Excel from the context menu. Alternatively, select File > Export > Microsoft Excel
Browse to the desired folder and Save the file name for a new Microsoft Project XLS file
Press Next > Set the desired options
Choose table layout Custom > Use Default settings to export > Press Export

Note: If you cannot export to Excel, please go to Help > search ODBC > refer to the document in HELP Cannot Export to Microsoft Excel on Windows x64-bit Platform.
Editing Excel Sheet
Open the XSL file you exported in the previous section.
Go to the Resource Statuses sheet at the bottom > you can either add new Resource Status Assignment or edit existing Resource Statuses Assignment
Note: When you update existing resource atatus assignment you need to update Resource Status, Status Date and Record Date.
Note: The Resoruce Status Category, Set and Status must have been created in SYNCHRO project before you export to Excel sheet. You can check existing resource status by going to SYNCHRO 4D Pro program > Navigator > Resource Statuses.
Save the XSL file.
Close the XSL file.
Import to SYNCHRO 4D Pro
To import or synchronize from Excel:
Go to File > Import > Microsoft Excel

Click Next
Use the Default settings of Command for each Object.
Note: If you are importing from a now-populated template, rather than an edited spreadsheet containing data already existing in the current SYNCHRO Project: there is no difference between Integrate and Consolidate - both will import the new data.
