Microstation V8i (SS2) V - 08.11.07.443

Hi all,

I have 2 level libraries in my level manager that have refused to either detach or delete. Meanwhile, either of these libraries is not configured in my MSDGNLIBLIST variable as i have checked.Meanwhile,  I have tried deleting/moving folders hosting  the 2 libraries to the recycle bin but unfortunately this didnt work either as their levels are still present. However, these 2 libraries form part of the seed file which was used to generate the design file initially.

Can someone please advice on how to delete or detach these unwanted libraries and their levels
