I'm working on a design file with UOR set to 1:1000 (MU:SU).   I need to reference another design file with UOR set to 80:1000 (MU:SU).   How do I reference the design file in such a way that the referenced file would fall in the correct coordinates in the 1:1000 UOR and vice versa? Both design files have the same global coordinates, just different UOR.

I'm using Microstation J.  Thanks!
