Peak factor and demand multiplier in WaterGEMS

In WAterGEMS, I'm analyzing an existing water distribution system having 2 hours of water supply per day, i. e., it is case of intermittent water supply.
I'm bit confused about peak factor and demand multiplier to be applied to the demand at a node and so I'm expressing my confusion giving an example below. PLEASE also let me know if my approach is correct and if wrong where it is wrong??

EXAMPLE: Suppose a node has a population of 30 people with 135 lpcd (assumed water supply rate).

So total demand = 30 x 135= 4050 lit/day = 168.75 lit/hr

But as the water is supplied only for 2 hours/ day, modified demand per hour = 168.75 x (24/2) = 2025 lit/ hour for a period of 2 hours.
This is the average daily demand

1) Is 12 the peak factor??
2) How should I calculate the maximum daily demand and maximum hourly demand  (since I want to check the pressure at nodes for various different cases after the analysis)?
3) Does Extended Period Simulation can be done for intermittent water supply? If yes how to allocate demand multipliers?
