We use Bluebeam Studio Sessions for our collaborative reviews of PDF's that are stored in Projectwise. We are having issues with some users not being able to create a Studio Session from within Projectwise in version 434. It is working in version 334. This is not a consistent issue. Some users have it functioning in 434, others do not.
I have been working with Bluebeam Support but nothing we have tried so far has worked:
- Tried uninstalling Projectwise and Bluebeam.
- Reinstalling Projectwise, reinstalling Bluebeam.
- Repairing Projectwise.
- Installing version 334 on the users machine and it works correctly. Uninstalling 334. Installing 434 and its not working.
It appears that Bluebeam is not recognising that version 434 is installed, as the Bluebeam Administrator doesn't allow the option for ProjectWise to stay ticked.
I know this might be a Bluebeam issue, but if anyone has any ideas what it might be it would be much appreciated. I'm at a loss currently.
