Converting DWG Block attributes to DGN as tags in V8 and back to DWG

Hello,

I saw the video on converting from DWG to Connect but i am curious if this is possible in V8.

OR how to go about accomplishing this. any resources would be most appreciated.

Open any file (DGN or DWG) then place the D-TBLK.dwg as a cell in that file (Element>Cells>File>Attach File). Once the D-TBLK is placed in the file as a cell, go to "edit tags" and select the cell. It should bring up the list you need to edit. The value column is what you want to change, NOT the name column.
