Problem Description:

Original Issue Description:
While generating the ProSteel partlist, the element weights are currently displayed with only one decimal place. The user wants to know how to configure the report to show weights with at least two decimal places.

Steps to resolve:

To modify and tailor the Partlist, users should utilize the 'Edit Partlist Definition' feature within the ProStructure Partlist module. Follow the steps below to achieve the desired output:

  1. Go to Steel > Data/Reporting > Create ProSteel Partlist. This will open the ProStructure Partlist window.

  2. Go to File and Open the Partlist mdb file to publish the report.
  3. Once the data is loaded, navigate to Settings > Edit Partlist Definition and locate the .lst file that needs to be modified.

  1. Now click on the Data Line Section and Right click context menu and click on Contents.

  1. This will open up the Table Contents – Partlist.
  2. Go to Data Line tab and select the desired line definition whose decimal place value needs to be changed.
  3. Select Format and click on the (…) beside the value.

  1. This will take you to the Format dialog.
  2. Click on Number and from the drop down, change the Decimals to the no of places you want.
